"Decent shoes, but I expected a bit more"
The shoes are okay overall. I mean, they’re comfortable enough for runs, but for the price I was expecting better quality. The stitching is kind of, well, it started looking a little rough after just a few runs, so I’m not totally impressed.

"Not enough options for my taste"
I’m probably a bit picky when it comes to running shoes, but I was expecting a better selection. The range felt limited, and a few sizes I checked were missing too. The site itself is fine, but personally, there just wasn’t enough variety to make me want to place an order

"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered a pair of runners and it felt like I was waiting forever. The tracking hardly updated at all and they showed up way later than I expected. Annoying tbh, not the best experiance

I went in for a gait analysis and shoe fitting because I really wanted help finding the right running shoes, but the whole thing felt rushed. I was mostly paying attention to whether they actually watched how I ran and explained what they were seeing, and that part just didn’t really happen in any meaningful way.
The shoes they put me in felt too tight and a bit unstable from the start, but I figured maybe I just needed to try them out properly. After a run, though, my feet felt worse than before, which was frustrating since the whole point was to avoid that.
Maybe other people have a better experience there, but for me it felt like a waste of time and money. I left focusing on the fact that I still didn’t have shoes that worked for me, so I wouldn’t go back.

I returned my shoes expecting the refund to be handled quickly, but it dragged on way longer than I was okay with. I had to follow up more than once, and every time it felt like I was just being told to wait without any real update.

Maybe their other stuff is fine, but for me, the refund process was the part that really mattered, and it was frustrating. I wouldn’t order again if there was any chance I’d need my money back fast.

"Pretty disappointing packaging"
My shoes showed up in a really beat-up box, and the packaging inside was awful. It looked like they were just tossed in there without much care. For what I paid, I expected them to be packed way better. It also made me wonder if there are some hidden costs being cut somewhere, because the whole thing felt cheap. Not a great first impression, and I probably wouldn’t order again if this is how they usually ship stuff.

The shoes themselves were a decent value, but the shipping cost kind of made the deal feel less worth it. They’re not bad at all, I just expected the overall price to be a little better. Anyway... they’re fine for what they are, just not an amazing bargain.

I went looking for my usual size but yeah, it was sold out, which was a bit annoying. The stock felt a little hit and miss to me. I did end up finding something close enough though, so not a total fail, just not exactly what I was hoping for.

I got my normal size, but the fit was just weird. The toe area felt tight, like my toes were getting squished, but then the heel was kind of loose and slipping around. I walked around the house in them for a bit thinking maybe they’d settle in, but nope, they started rubbing bad.
Definitely not comfortable for running, even just a short run. Maybe my feet just don’t work with this style or something, but basically they felt wrong in a couple spots at the same time. I expected them to be way better.

I ordered a pair of running shoes from runnersshop.com.au after checking out the product description. The info was mostly useful, and the shoes looked pretty much like the photos when they arrived.

Delivery was okay, not exactly quick, but not terrible either. The only thing was the sizing felt a little off, something about it just didn’t quite match what I expected, and I probably would’ve gone half a size up if that had been clearer.

Overall, it was a decent experience. Not amazing, but not bad at all. I’d maybe order again, especially if I already knew the shoe model and how it fit.

"Shipping felt a bit much"
I was ready to grab a pair of runners, but once I got to checkout the shipping cost kind of threw me off. It felt like I was being pushed to just accept a price that was way higher than I expected for a normal delivery. The total ended up not feeling worth it, so I left the cart. The shoes might be great, but that delivery charge was really annoying

"Sales can be decent if you catch the right one"
I’ve noticed they do run discounts from time to time, and I usually find out from their sale emails. The deals can be good, but it’s not always on the shoes I actually had my eye on. When something I like is on sale, the price feels fair, but at full price it still seems a bit high to me. I usually check my receipt afterward and feel okay about the purchase only if I got some kind of discount.

"Returns were way more hassle than promised"
I ordered a pair that ended up not fitting, trying to return them was such a headache. They make it sound like returns are easy and straightforward, but that was not my experience at all. Replies were slow, the instructions were confusing, and I kept feeling like I had to chase them just to find out what was going on. Frustrating, and definitely not what I expected. I won’t be ordering again

"Click and collect was more stressful than expected"
I thought click and collect would be quick and easy, but it ended up being confusing. I was already in a bit of a rushed mood that day, so waiting around and not knowing where to go made it even more frustrating. It took way longer than expected and didn’t feel convenient at all.

"Stock seemed a little wrong"
I ordered a pair because it said they were in stock, but then I got an email later saying they didn’t actually have them. They offered me a different size or a refund, so it wasn’t a huge deal and they did sort it out. Still, it was a bit annoying since I thought that part was already fine. The site could probably use more updated inventory info. Not a bad shop, just kind of average for me this time.
